I am/was a Ron Paul supporter. I even changed voter registration to vote for him in the primaries (15% in Oregon btw), but times change - I am still giving money to the RLC, but Dr. Paul will NOT have nationwide ballot access. Ron Paul's coalition within the Republican Party has some influence within the current power structure, and it is for that reason that I continue to contribute to the RLC and certain "Ron Paul" Republicans running for office. Do not accuse me of not "throwing" my weight behind Dr. Paul.

As a secondary matter however, Bob Barr in my personal opinion will have a bigger impact working with the Libertarian Party than Chuck Baldwin will have with the Constitution Party. As a protest vote, therefore, Barr will have more of an impact. The Libertarian Party also has a long history of supporting many of Ron Paul's positions (wasn't he a Libertarian candidate a few years back?), therefore, I do not feel that I am NOT "throwing" my weight behind Dr. Paul by supporting the Libertarians.

In a coalition government I see Ron Paul Republicans working very well with Libertarians. How myopic to think otherwise...
